Our weekend with Family

This weekend, Miles and I had some wonderful visitors, My Mom and my sister. My mom flew in from Michigan and my sister drove down from Maryland. It was so nice to have them come down, it was nice to have the extra company around. So Friday night when they got in, we went out to eat at "Joes Crab Shack" and then went down to the beach to walk off our dinner. Miles found it very fun to chase the baby crabs around the beach, while we the rest of us just stood and laughed at him. I guess boys will be boys.

Most of the excitment happened on Saturday when we all went up to Coloninial Williamsburg for the day. It was really fun because they have this town almost perserved in time. So you can walk around and go into the old shops and learn how things we done back then. They also have actors / characters walking around everywhere dressed in costumes. As you can see even my mom and sister thought it would be fun to get into character. My sister and Miles also got into the spirit of the times and were sent to the shackles. Miles also took a minute to represent his English hertiage by posing with one of the flags. He also took a few pictures of squirrels and some horse droppings but I decided to leave those off the blog, at least for now. We took tons more pictures while we were there but just don't have to space to included them all on here. But I had to included this picture of Miles sporting the cap and wooded guns. I really is classic Miles, even at 28 years old, still a Ham in front of the camera. Enjoy!
